Wild Pear
The medicinal properties of wild pear have been known since ancient times. People, observing the behavior of wild animals, noticed how they would find the fragrant, yellowish fruits growing in the forests during illness and consume them with pleasure. By planting pear trees in their gardens, our ancestors not only domesticated and cultivated this tree species but also continued to show interest in its wild variety. They regularly harvested wild pears from the forests and soon learned how to distill vodka from them. The aroma of the pear is preserved even after triple distillation process, bringing a subtle sweetness and giving the vodka a unique smoothness. The raw material for this vodka was harvested from the Tavush marz.
Quince
The quince originates from the Caucasus Mountains, from where it spread to Armenia in ancient times and later to Ancient Greece and Rome. This fruit has been known to people for over four thousand years and has always been highly valued for its excellent taste and medicinal properties. Historical records preserve a tradition according to which, in Ancient Greece, it was customary to offer quince to newlyweds as a symbol of a harmonious and prosperous life together, just like the noble fragrance of the quince itself. Even today, quince is widely used in medicine. Its leaves, fruits, and seeds are all utilized for medicinal purposes. Natural remedies made from quince have general strengthening, antibacterial, anti-ulcer, diuretic, and other beneficial effects. The seeds are especially known for their soothing and expectorant properties and are widely used in traditional medicine. The delicate aroma of the quince gives our vodka a light, noble character and a gentle, memorable aftertaste.
Pomegranate
The pomegranate is one of the main symbols of medieval Armenia. It has been associated with the idea of the continuity of life and often appeared in the form of the Tree of Life in medieval miniature art. This symbolic fruit holds particular importance for Artsakh: for the past hundred years, the pomegranates of Meghri and, above all, Artsakh have been a proud presence on Armenian family tables. The raw materials used for our product were also grown in the Republic of Artsakh during the years 2021-2023. This pomegranate vodka opens up with delicate aromatic nuances, just as the pomegranate reveals its variety of seeds. Upon drinking, it caresses the palate with a gentle fragrance suffused with the warmth of the sun. Instead of a burning sensation, a mild, chest-warming current spreads throughout the body.
Mulberry
Many still vividly remember childhood scenes: the whole extended family would hold up a large piece of cloth while the most agile boy climbed the mulberry tree and shook its massive branches. This is how the journey of mulberry vodka begins, amid laughter and jokes, in the warm company of family and friends, with mischief and care. Those memories seem to pass into the clear, shimmering liquid flowing from the distillation device, a honeyed magic that preserves and revives the spirit of the table. The harvest was collected in the Amaras region of the Republic of Artsakh during the years 2021-2023. Mulberry vodka stands out for its clear, sharply defined taste, which lingers on the palate for a long time without fading.
Apricot
We, Armenians often take pride in our apricots. Although this fruit grows in other countries as well, and farmers of other nations also harvest their crops and try to compete with ours, anyone who has tasted both will say, they are different. Others may seem sweet too, but the sweetness of the Armenian apricot is so rich and intense that it satisfies even the greatest sweet tooth. Its aroma, unparalleled. Our scorching sun has infused it with the full palette of refracted light. And this aroma is preserved even through triple distillation process, with such clarity that it masks the smell of ethyl alcohol and leaves a delicate impression, like vanilla. Just one or two medium-sized glasses of apricot vodka on the table are enough to create the feeling that it is summer, within an hour, and a big basket of sun-drenched apricots are waiting to be enjoyed.
Fig
Among eastern fruits, the fig is perhaps the most oriental and mysterious. Ripe, honeyed, sometimes cracked, it seems to embody the slow enjoyment, gentle laziness, and bliss-seeking mood typical of eastern life. In the Armenian market, the highest quality figs are considered to be those from Meghri. That is precisely where we have selected the finest raw materials for our product. Reaching down through its roots into one of the sunniest regions of Armenia, this vodka has absorbed the southern heat and fire, the honey-like sweetness, and the calm, soft breath of the East, creating a drink in which stillness and relaxation are transformed into pure bliss.
Apple
The apple is the symbol of our autumn, seen in baskets heavy with green, yellow, red, and rosy-cheeked fruits. In late autumn, it is moved to the cellar, sweetening the entire winter. Its sweet crunch evokes memories of summer and fills the palate with sunshine. But the apples that collided with each other during the harvest follow a different path. We place them in barrels, giving the juice a new direction. This process intensifies the natural sweetness, until it transforms into a fiery liquid capable of warming the stomach without burning the throat.
Persimmon
Among fruits, the persimmon stands out for one unique trait, you never know, when you take a bite, whether it will be astringent and mouth-puckering, or will flood your mouth with deep, warming flavors. It’s a kind of gamble, where the prize is royal delight, a small journey into an abstract, warm, and soft space. We have worked to capture these rich and intense flavors in our distilled vodka, where the gamble happens at a slightly different moment: when will the mood lift high enough for you to feel that royal state and poise yourself. The harvest was collected in the Republic of Artsakh during the years 2021–2023. The vodka is crystal-clear, full of flavor and sunlit undertones.
Peach
There are fruits that require a napkin when you taste them, the juicy flesh rushes to drip down your chin, eager to satisfy not only the mouth but also to touch the skin with its crimson flavor. The legendary treasures of the ancient East dazzled many European generals, and the most successful among them, Alexander the Great, after capturing Persepolis, left his comrades’ descendants a precious gift by introducing his army to a Persian fruit: the peach. Jewels looted in war became associated with the aroma of this fruit, and perhaps it is no coincidence that the Armenian name for peach derives from yellow to golden. We believe that as a result of our careful craftsmanship, this vodka will remind you too of a fairytale treasure.
Pear
Achieving flavor balance is an essential art for modern chefs. They often combine sweet and spicy, sour and bitter, honey and cheese, to create multi-layered, rich compositions that continue to unfold even after there's nothing left to chew. Among fruits, one of the best examples of such balance is the pear. It is sweet and often slightly tart at the same time, soft yet capable of leaving a taut, slightly grainy sensation on the teeth. In the production of the renowned Calvados, a small amount of wild bitter apple and a touch of pear are added to the apple base to harmonize the flavors. The result is a unified taste, where each ingredient complements the others. Our pear vodka is especially recommended for balanced individuals, those who, even when enjoying spirits, remain true to themselves, savoring the rich harmony of flavors of this fiery drink.
Grape
After descending from the Ark, Patriarch Noah planted vineyards at the foot of Mount Ararat. He made the first wine in the Ararat valley, thus beginning a tradition. For a long time in Armenia, wine remained the drink of priests and kings. When it became a centerpiece on dining tables and the secrets of winemaking were uncovered, people began experimenting, refining their techniques, eventually filtering and distilling wine to turn it into vodka. Grape vodka, crafted with utmost care and carbon-filtered, seems to preserve a memory, the history accumulated through the centuries. It carries the flavors of soil and stone, floral and fruity notes, and a mineral depth that creates a unique charm.
Black Plum
Our company began its fruit vodka journey with black plum orchards. This variety has undergone the strictest processing and multiple tasting stages, during which we gathered many thoughts and opinions from our friends. Tasters often guided us with a single word or a brief phrase, pointing the way for future searches and experiments. From fruit ripening to barrel filling, from fermentation to adjustments in distillation temperature and filtration duration, and finally, the vodka’s alcohol content, each step was subtly refined after every tasting. Today, now, it's your turn to taste.
